SMS Terms

These SMS Terms cover the text messages sent by the Jeanius AI Assistant Link Service. They are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply in full.

Program name

Jeanius AI Assistant Link Service.

What the program does

Jeanius AI builds AI phone assistants for small businesses. When you call a business that uses one of our assistants, you may ask for information such as a menu, an online ordering page, a reservation or booking link, or details about a service. If you ask us to send that information by text, the assistant will confirm your mobile number with you and then send you a single text message containing the link you requested.

This is not a subscription and it is not a marketing list. Each message is sent in direct response to a specific request you made moments earlier on that call.

How you consent

Consent is given verbally during the call. The assistant offers to text you the information, and only if you agree does it ask for your mobile number. It then reads the number back to you so you can confirm it before anything is sent. If you do not agree, no message is sent.

Message frequency

You will normally receive one message per request. Message frequency varies because it depends entirely on how many times you ask us to send you something. We do not send recurring, scheduled, or promotional messages through this program.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them under your plan. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from this program. You can opt back in at any time simply by asking the assistant to text you something on a future call.

Supported carriers

Delivery is supported on major US carriers, but carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We use the mobile number you give us for the single purpose of sending the information you asked for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. Our full Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and how to request deletion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
