This Privacy Policy explains how Jeanius AI ("Jeanius AI," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Jean Perez, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or send us an inquiry. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide when you send us an inquiry: your name, email address and phone number (optional), your business name and town, what your business does, what you would like help with, and links to your website or social and Google profiles (optional).

Our inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. To do this, Turnstile processes information about your browser and device, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type and general usage data, to help us understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to review your inquiry, reply to you, research your business so our conversation is useful, and deliver and improve our services. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to working with you.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate our business (for example, tools we use to receive form submissions, schedule calls, and communicate with you), and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law. These providers include Cloudflare, which hosts this website and checks form submissions, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets and Apps Script), which we use to receive and store inquiries and send you a confirmation email.

Text messages

If you ask one of our AI phone assistants to text you a link, we use your mobile number only to send that message. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to review your inquiry, provide our services, and meet legal or business requirements. You can request that we delete your information at any time.

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email jean@jeanius.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party links

Our site may link to external websites and social media profiles that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
